The 889093 Rural Initiative was founded by a group of four dedicated individuals driven by a deep sense of purpose and a strong commitment to their community. Recognizing the pressing need for guidance and support for the youth in their area, these founders, with unwavering faith and a shared vision, embarked on a mission to prepare young individuals for adulthood and empower them to overcome challenges.

Having grown up in the same community, the founders intimately understood the difficulties of staying motivated and striving for a better future. They witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of community leaders who invested their time and resources. Inspired by their own experiences and a desire to give back, these individuals embarked on a journey marked by countless phone calls, virtual meetings, and the unfortunate loss of one of their own, Douglas “Doug – M-45” Griffin.

Undeterred by these obstacles, the founders remained resolute in their commitment.
